Below is the final info for the 7th and FINAL Mark Karla Memorial GOLF TOURNAMENT - “Karla-palooza - last drive fore the clinic.” Looking forward to seeing you soon.

1. Pick up your welcome packets/gift.

2. Pay if you have not paid for tournament online (accept Apple Pay, PayPal, credit cards, cash, checks)

3. Mulligans/Raffle Tickets - to be purchased at check in - mulligan tickets are your raffle tickets.

4. Drink Tickets:

1. You will all start with 2 drink ticket sponsored by Sierk Children’s Dentistry

2. There will be additional drink ticket sales both prior to and during play

5. Please grab complimentary breakfast (Santiago’s Burritos, Duffy Rolls and coffee)
